How do I use campaign updates?

With Crowdpac, you can keep your supporters informed about your progress and any news relevant to your campaign by using our updates tool. It's a great way to keep your fans engaged and can lead to more donations, pledges, endorsements, or promotion if properly utilized.

Here's how it works:

  • Once you've logged in to Crowdpac.com select "Campaigns" from the My Account menu.
  • Click post an update
  • Give your update a title and draft your copy. Our updates tool does not currently support HTML so keep the content plain-text if you can.
  • One you click "Post This Update" a notification will be emailed to everyone that has endorsed or donated to your campaign including a link back to your fundraising page.
  • Once you've posted your update, you'll be able to edit or remove it from the updates tab.
  • Updates are also fun and easy to share on Facebook and Twitter directly from your campaign page using the share buttons.
